Villa Skyshine (222 SW 45TH St, 33914, Cape Coral, Florida, USA)

Ein Träumchen: Villa Skyshine in ruhiger und ester Lage (viele Restaurants und Ziele sehr gut zu erreichen) . Bei unserer Ankunft via Miami war unsere Villa (FÜR 6 PERSONEN AUSGELEGT) bereits einladend beleuchtet für uns. Die Bilder aus dem Netz haben nicht zu viel versprochen. Die moderne und in 2018 gebaute Villa hat alles zu bieten was unser Herz begehrt. Wundervoller Sonnenaufgang und Untergang (SW) direkt am Kanal. Der Pool mit Spa ist tip top gepflegt. Die großzügige Küche ist liebevoll bestückt mit hübschen Geschirr und Gläsern, Pfannen, Töpfen. Überall befinden sich Steckdosen und kleine hilfreiche Utensilien. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Selbst Kaffeefilter, Kaffee, WC Papier, Müllbeutel, Waschmittel etc. Sind ausreichend vorhanden, was wir sehr großzügig empfanden. Die Schlafzimmer sind liebevoll und modern eingerichtet und es findet sich reichlich Platz für die Kleidung. Das Masterbad ist sehr geräumig mit einer begehbaren Regen Dusche, zwei Waschbecken und leicht abgesetzter Toilette. Auch die beiden anderen gleich großen Schlafzimmer verfügen über jeweils ein Badezimmer mit WC. Eines davon ist innenliegen mit Badewanne und dafür etwas kleiner. Die Villa verfügt über 4 Poolliegen. Es gibt ausreichend hochwertige Handtücher. Sowohl Geschirrspüler als auch Waschmaschine und Trockner sind kinderleicht zu bedienen. Gerne hätten wir die Fahrräder benutzt, die in der Garage standen, für einen schnellen Einkauf bei publix um die Ecke. Diese sind allerdings nicht für den Gebrauch ausgeschrieben und nur dem Eigentümer vorbehalten. Gerne hätte ich den Kanal mit Kanu erkundet, dies ist wohl aus Versicherungstechnischen Gründen nicht mehr machbar. Die sympathische Abwicklung durch Andrea aus Deutschland sowie die zielorientierte und professionelle Übergabe am Folgemorgen mit Greg lassen keine Fragen offen. Einfach Weltklasse dieses Team. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Skyshine. The home is modern, very clean and bright. We loved the south facing lanai. The home is in a nice neighborhood with lots of friendly people around. The home is beautifully equipped with literally everything you could need or want. The property management company was incredibly responsive (the best we have experienced in Cape Coral). There are bikes in the garage that are not for use by tenants but we found a spot in Cape Coral that rents bikes for $50/week and it was perfect for us. Fantastic vacation rental.

What a wonderful 10 days we had at Villa Skyshine! The house is beautiful, well kept, fully stocked, and immaculate. The pool and outdoor kitchen/patio were just as spectacular as the rest of the house. With a southern pool exposure, we had sun on the pool all day and we enjoyed being able to enjoy lovely sun rises and sun sets. The living room furnishings were SO COMFORTABLE for movie watching in the evenings, and the huge kitchen was a dream to prepare meals in - we hated to leave the house, it was all so great! The neighborhood was safe, very quiet and peaceful. Close to major thoroughfares, it was easy to get to any area of Cape Coral from this location. There is a wonderful Publix grocery and liquor store very close by. This property management company was very easy to work with, responded quickly to inquiries, and made the reservation and arrival/departure process quick and easy. We will use NMB Florida again as their standards of care and attention to detail were certainly obvious in this property!
